📦 Return Window

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

💳 Return Type
- Returns within 7 days of delivery are eligible for:
👉 Original payment method OR store credit - Store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected
🚫 Sale Items
The following are sale items and can only be returned for store credit.
- Items in our Sale / Last Chance Collection collection
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item (different size only), based on availability
- If your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued
📦 Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items are eligible for store credit only if returned
- No refunds will be issued on pre-order purchases
Dropship Items
- Some items shipped directly from our vendors may be excluded from returns/exchanges.
- Exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for a $8.95 return shipping fee
- This amount will be deducted from your store credit or total refund amount.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
