📦 Return Window

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps 💌

💳 Return Type 

  • Returns within 7 days of delivery are eligible for:
    👉 Original payment method OR store credit
  • Store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected

🚫 Sale Items

The following are sale items and can only be returned for store credit. 

  • Items in our Sale / Last Chance Collection collection

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item (different size only), based on availability
  • If your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued

📦 Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are eligible for store credit only if returned
  • No refunds will be issued on pre-order purchases

Dropship Items

  • Some items shipped directly from our vendors may be excluded from returns/exchanges.
  • Exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for a $8.95 return shipping fee
  • This amount will be deducted from your store credit or total refund amount. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

⚠️ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right ASAP 💕
