HALO by Jojo Returns & Exchanges

At HALO by Jojo, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If you’re not on Cloud 9, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges.

Please use our Return/Exchange Portal before shipping any items back.

Returns

  • Eligible within 10 days of your purchase date.
  • Returns within 10 days may be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • Returns after 10 days are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase required (indicated on our Return/Exchange Form).
  • Complete the form in the portal before sending your item back.
  • Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer unless instructed.

Special Policies

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are eligible for store credit only if returned.
  • Refunds will not be issued on pre-order purchases.

Sale Items

  • Sale items may be returned for store credit only.

Dropship Items

  • Some items shipped directly from our vendors may be excluded from returns/exchanges.
  • Exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase!

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color.
  • Complete the Return/Exchange Form for approval before shipping back.
  • For damaged or defective items, please check the appropriate box on the form and upload a photo. Approved items will be replaced at no cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account, then contact your credit card company.
  • Refund posting times may vary depending on your bank.
  • Still no refund? Contact us at halobyjojo@gmail.com.
  • Refunds via PayPal may take additional time to process.

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
